Corporate Associate/Senior Associate (4-8 years')

Joining a progressive law firm where independence and excellence thrive, it is now seeking a corporate associate/senior associate with 4-8 years' PQE to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage M&A and equity investment transactions
  • Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support divisional initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years' PQE ideally in corporate law
