Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Your Role

• You will work on high profile business development (BD) projects and provide support to partners in their everyday activities.
• You will be involved with the full spectrum of BD tasks that you would expect for an international law firm.
• You will be very hands on with a clear objective of getting tasks completed.

What You Will Do

• You will be highly organised and will assist with monitoring and measuring business development activity accurately and regularly.
• You will assist with the production and delivery of bids and tenders for new business opportunities, from completing PQQ type response and helping with response drafts, to assisting with appropriate bid opportunities and providing adequate support to the team on major panel tenders.
• There will be opportunities for you to create credentials, case studies and testimonials and work with the design team to update and prepare capability statements, case studies and other client presentations and material in line with the firm's visual identity and brand
• You will build relationships with stakeholders across the division to raise profile of BD team internally
• You will help with the ongoing and inevitable BAU tasks that we receive within the division

What We Are Looking For

• We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn.
• You will ideally, have previous experience of working in a professional services or similar organisation.
• Excellent attention-to-detail, and you are a team player who will look for opportunities to proactively support other team members.
• You take responsibility for your own tasks and deliver on time to deadlines and are happy to ask for help when you need it.
• Cope well under pressure and can effectively manage your workload.
• You enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative and high-performance team environment.
