Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Brazer to work for a busy Engineering and Manufacturing company, based near to Yeadon, Leeds on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience Brazing. However, those with experience Pipe Fitting or Welding and come from a Manufacturing/Engineering background, will be able to be trained. You must be able to follow engineering/technical drawings and have experience using hand tools. Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques will be vital as the role will include some heavy lifting, have good attention to detail and have a steady hand.

Day to day duties for the role will include:

-General brazing on copper tubes and pipes

-Reading and working form engineering drawings

-Some lifting of heavy coil products

-Cleaning workstation after you have completed the build

-Any other ad hoc tasks required

Day shifts are 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs with an 11.45am finish on a Friday. This is advertised as a Permanent role with an annual salary of £24,943 pa. Overtime will be available during busy periods paid at time + ½ and Double Time.
