Conveyaning Opportunity

Position: Conveyancer
Experience: 2-3 years PQE

Responsibilities:

• Managing conveyancing transactions for clients
• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Drafting contracts and other legal documents
• Providing advice on property law and conveyancing process
• • Managing the entire conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Conducting thorough property searches to uncover any issues or potential risks for clients
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other parties involved in property transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents related to property transfers
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process
  • Providing clear and comprehensive advice to clients on the conveyancing process, potential risks, and legal implications
  • Resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during property transactions to ensure a smooth and timely completion

Requirements:

• Qualified conveyancer with 2-3 years PQE
• Proficient in conveyancing procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and client management abilities
