What will you do? 

  • In this role you will advise on a broad residential property caseload
  • Sales & Purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Handle re-mortgages & transfers of equity 
  • Utilise the services offered by the in house on-boarding, post completion and business support teams 

What do you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer 
  • Ideally you should have at least 3 years’ residential property experience 
  • Local conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and Licensed Conveyancers already in Plymouth are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate with links to local estate agents are certainly encouraged to apply 
  • Any experience with Agricultural or Investment Property matters would be a bonus, but not essential
