Our Client is in search of a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor who possesses the finesse to navigate both residential and commercial property transactions. The chosen candidate will lead the orchestration of the entire conveyancing process, ensuring an unparalleled and efficient service that goes beyond conventional expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Foster and maintain positive client relationships, delivering clear and timely communication throughout every step of the conveyancing process.
    • Provide expert legal counsel on property transactions, addressing client inquiries with precision.
  2. Mastery of Cases:
    • Oversee a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, from initiation to completion.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence on properties involved in transactions.
    • Articulately draft and review a spectrum of legal documents, from contracts to transfer papers.
  3. Legal Compliance:
    • Ensure strict adherence to the latest laws, regulations, and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. A qualified Solicitor with a proven track record of 1-2 years PQE in conveyancing excellence.
