Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEx 

A highly reputable, multi-service law firm which has a large presence across the North West is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their high performing property team based in South Manchester.

The firm offers a great work life balance, a unique culture, a lower volume caseload and the opportunity to work with local clients and local work.

The Role
  • Handle a mixed caseload Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchases, New Builds, Shared Ownership and Remortgage files from inception to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
  • Delegate work to assistants and the support staff
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
  • Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate
  • Possess a minimum of 3-4 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
  • Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
