A highly are reputable law firm located in Eltham are currently looking for experienced Paralegals to join their office in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conveyancing Support: Provide comprehensive support to our conveyancing team by managing key aspects of residential property transactions including sales and purchase transactions; freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients and external parties in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing updates on transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and management of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Research and Due Diligence: Conduct legal research and due diligence to support conveyancing transactions, staying abreast of changes in property laws and regulations.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is appropriately filed and readily accessible.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with solicitors, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of conveyancing matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a law firm setting (ideally 1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and legal software.
  • Prior experience handling own caseload is preferred.
