Conveyancing Paralegal Needed in Harpenden

We are a well-established law firm in Harpenden, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our property law division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take their conveyancing expertise to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
  • Drafting contracts, transfers, and other legal documents related to property law.
  • Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, and mortgage lenders.
  • Managing case files from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
  • A solid understanding of conveyancing processes and property law.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and client service orientation.
  • Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Benefits:
