Conveyancing Paralegal
Due to growth, a long-established, Essex-based firm is looking for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join the existing the department based in its Chelmsford office.
The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give the right support required for you to develop within the role. This is a great opportunity for a residential property paralegal with experience in conveyancing matters to continue to progress in their career.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should be an experienced conveyancing paralegal with the ability to handle cases largely independently and support with a busy caseload. You should have strong technical knowledge and must have previous experience in residential property matters.
There is plenty of support and this role will build on the success of the existing team, currently 2 solicitors and support staff.
Your role will involve:
- Assisting with a busy caseload of conveyancing matters supporting a range of different clients on medium and high value (HNW) properties
- Support the firm in building their residential property network
- Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain a reputation for outstanding service
- Contribute to the wider business objectives in line with the business strategy, vision and values
