Absolute Executive Search are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to work for a busy Law Firm in Surrey. If you have recently completed legal studies, or are in the process of completing, this role could be perfect for you.

You will be supporting a busy and well-established Team so you will ideally need to have previous experience within Residential Property.

Key Duties:-

  • To assist the Fee Earners in the Residential Conveyancing Department in every aspect of conveyancing transactions.
  • To support Fee Earners in the maintenance of files by effective file management.
  • To ensure clients are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  • To assist in general office administration and locating files when necessary.
  • To answer telephone calls and take messages.
  • To manage own workload with minimum supervision.

You will need to be self-motivated and be able to organise your own work while adopting a flexible approach. The successful candidate will need to attend client visits where necessary and maintain client files. You will demonstrate sound judgement and good decision making when dealing with problems and be able to identify a problem arising and take the correct course of action to resolve.
