Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FILEX or CLC seeking a new challenge with a well-established Firm?

Our client is actively seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer with a minimum of three years of experience in Residential matters, along with a proven track record of strong billing. You will demonstrate a keen desire and the capabilities to contribute to the growth of the property department within their rapidly expanding, CQS accredited Residential Property Law team consisting of 28 professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sharp eye for detail, confidence, adaptability to change in high-pressure environments, and uphold excellent standards of client care and communication skills.

Despite the current subdued state of the conveyancing market, which is experiencing a decrease in nationwide transactions, our client’s property work is on an upward trajectory. Expecting a substantial increase in the volume of conveyancing cases they manage over the next 6 to 12 months. Consequently, introducing an additional role to accommodate this anticipated growth.

The position is available on a fully remote basis; however, the firm will exclusively consider candidates with solid experience in remote work specifically within law firms. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
