A growing, family-friendly, multi-office law firm based in Coventry is currently seeking a highly motivated conveyancing fee earner to join their team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in conveyancing. They should have experience in handling a variety of residential property transactions, and be able to manage a caseload of files from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
