We are currently seeking a qualified Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a thriving Residential Property department at a Leicester based Law Firm. Whether you're a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, if you have a passion for handling conveyancing transactions for residential properties, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Handling a diverse range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties, including those involving shared ownership and new build homes.

Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships is paramount, alongside delivering exceptional client service to our existing client base and developing new business leads.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience is essential, with a proven track record of managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion.

Experience overseeing a team and training more junior colleagues highly advantageous.
