The Burford Recruitment Company is partnering with one of our clients in search of a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
  • Manage your work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
Skills and Attributes
  • Have experience managing your own caseload
  • Be organised and process-driven
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice
  • Commit to providing an excellent standard of client care at all times, and understand the importance of communicating with Clients, Solicitors and Introducers.
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system
Additional Information
  • The role is an Office-based position
  • The working hours are 9 am - 5 pm
