Salary: Up to £28,000p.a., depending on experience

Hours: full time (35 hours per week)

Various fantastic opportunities have arisen for Conveyancing Assistants across West and North Yorkshire working at Junior to Senior levels. These opportunities would be ideal for someone seeking either a city centre role, or a position closer to home in a branch office location. As a Conveyancing Assistant you will support Conveyancers with their caseload. You will gain exposure to all types of property transactions. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing files
  • Preparation of emails and documents
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries, liaising with estate agents and solicitors
  • Issuing contracts and requesting searches

Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant is essential. Certain roles offer free parking and hybrid working after probation. Please apply or contact us to find out more about positions available.
