One of the East Midlands leading legal 500 Solicitors practices is looking to recruit an assistant/paralegal to their residential conveyancing team.
This firm have a known reputation for promoting and developing their own and are currently one of the strongest law firms within the East Midlands. They are looking to expand their busy conveyancing department further by adding another conveyancing assistant to the team.
You will be responsible for supporting an experienced conveyancing fee earner within the successful residential property team assisting with the relevant matters from inception to post completion.
You will have built experience within a similar job function and show familiarity with a broad spectrum of property law (all matters are handled from freehold, leasehold & shared ownership sales and purchases to transfers of equity, new build purchases and remortgage matters.
