A highly regarded property firm based in Manchester is currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to work as a Conveyancing Sales Progressor to drive revenue into the business in as short as time as possible, working alongside the panel of solicitors to ensure the quickest timescales for completions is met for the firm’s clients.

You will be required to have previous property experience from either a Sales Progressor or Conveyancing Legal Assistant background

Salary - £25,000 DOE with an OTE between £30,000 - £50,000

Hours - 38.75 hours per week (7.45am - 4.30pm or 8.45am - 5.30pm)

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
