Conveyancing Legal Assistant – Heathfield – up to £32,000 pro rata - PART TIME
 
TN Recruits are working with an esteemed, specialist legal firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support their active Conveyancing team on a part time basis. This is a team that focus on providing a bespoke, quality legal service and pride themselves on maintaining a close-knit, personable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries
  • Engaging with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
  • Handling new enquiries and initiating matter openings
  • Audio dictation and document preparation
  • Supporting the conveyancing team with various administrative tasks
 
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Conveyancing
  • Proficiency in handling phone communications and client interactions
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
 
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (Pro rata)
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) 3-4 days per week PART TIME
Other benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days. Christmas office closure, Free parking, auto-enrolment pension scheme and regular team social events.
