Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Assistant - Cardiff

TSR Legal are currently representing a long established Legal 500 law firm of Solicitors based in Cardiff who are currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Assistant to work within the Residential Conveyancing department. As a Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Assistant you will be responsible for providing supporting to a team of fee earners dealing with new instruction on receipt and working on those transaction through pre and post completion.

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with the Residential Property department you will be responsible for the preparation of contracts and supporting documents, registering applications on the land registry, title checking, registering applications on companies house, speaking to clients over the phone and in person as well as issuing contracts and exchanges. To be considered, this busy Property department are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a Residential property team as a Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Assistant, good communication skills at all levels, team worker and the ability to work well under pressure.
