Are you a residential conveyancer seeking a new role with a reputable Shropshire based firm? 

Our client has a fantastic reputation across Shropshire and is now seeking a residential conveyancer to join its Whitchurch office on a full-time, permanent basis. 

As a residential conveyancer within this team, you will be expected to handle a full and varied caseload of matters, to include sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) re-mortgage, shared ownership, new build and transfers of equity from instruction through to completion. 

To be considered you must have a minimum of 18 months’ experience of running your own files with minimum supervision along with experience of all Microsoft 365 applications, the ability to prioritise work in a busy and demanding environment, along with exceptional team and communication skills.
