Conveyancer

My client is a multi-disciplinary law firm providing a range of services across the Northwest and beyond. It is currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Residential Conveyancing team based in Bury or Bolton. 

You will be responsible for managing and supervising real estate deals from beginning to end in this capacity. You'll be aware of legal compliance, give clients professional guidance, and provide excellent customer service. Strong conveyancing expertise, outstanding communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset are necessary for this role.

You will ideally already have gained 3 years of experience in conveyancing as well as being proficient in using conveyancing software and legal databases. 

We would be open to discussing hybrid working following a 3-month probationary period with the firm. Please note salary is subject to experience in the industry.
