Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience

Hours: full time, 35 hours per week

A super opportunity for a Property Solicitor/ experienced Conveyancer/ Legal Executive to join the Ilkley office of this thriving, long established law firm. You will be managing an existing caseload of conveyancing transactions and have full administrative support. Client care is central to the role as you will be working for local, repeat business clients. Duties include:

  • Progression Sales and Purchase transactions from instruction to completion
  • Delegating work and supervision of a Conveyancing Assistant
  • Liaising with clients regarding enquiries and updates
  • Participating in networking events

Experience within Residential Conveyancing and ability to handle a caseload without supervision is essential. Commercial Property experience would be a bonus.
