Conveyancer

This well reputed law firm with 6 offices in the southern home counties is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join as a Head of Department based in Farnham. As a sole fee earner you will be afforded your own full time secretary/paralegal to assist you. 

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in dealing with a mix of Residential Property work including:

• Leasehold & freehold
• Sales & purchases
• New builds & plot sales

The firm is accredited by the Law Society with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme in recognition of the high levels of service, expertise and quality it provides to its residential property clients. You will be required to have excellent IT and organisational skills and be able to use a Case Management System.

This is a significant senior appointment that carries clear career path and early partnership prospects. The salary and bonus arrangements are commensurate with the role.
