A historic and traditional law firm, located in central Hampshire, close to the M3 are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for a senior position within their highly regarded residential property team. The firm are lauded for their high end and bespoke service they deliver to an affluent client base which reaches beyond the locality of the beautiful surrounding cathedral city. Quality over quantity is the mantra here and that permeates through the team who all have impressive CV's and more than compete with the corporate entities that operate in the area. The firm have an impressive reputation when it comes to Private client work dealing with HNW and UNHW clients generally. Within the residential property team transactions are at the upper end of the market where attention to detail and client care take precedent over volume with properties sales and purchases tending to be north of £1m. This role will see you join an impressive team at Senior Associate level, as such you will be technically strong and accustomed to the particular nuances and complexities that you might be likely to encounter when dealing with this end of the market. You may find this position particularly appealing with the progression on offer where it is envisaged, following a settling in period, you will be quickly elevated into a leadership role with the title of Partner. Due to the seniority of this role it is likely that you will have a minimum of 10 years experience managing your own caseload of residential property transactions within a similar client led environment and have demonstrable leadership qualities and with experience managing or supervising.
