Conversation Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist- Remote - £27,000 - £32,000
Part-time (30 hours)

I am working with a digital analytics consultancy looking to expand their passionate team by bringing in an experienced CRO Specialist.

You will be joining a company with a fantastic culture, who truly believe in a work-life balance and that is why it is company policy to work remotely and no more than 30 hours so you have plenty of time for family, friends and hobbies!
In the role you will be a conversation rate optimisation specialist, looking for the implementation of analysis and setting of CRO tests.

What you'll do as a CRO Specialist:

• Conduct thorough analysis using tools such as GA4
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve website performance
• Utilise Looker dashboard to monitor key metrics and provide regular reports on performance
• Optimise the user journey, landing pages, and overall website experience to increase conversion rates
• Look at data, see the challenge and pull together a concept
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for website and conversion rate optimisation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO

What you'll bring as a CRO Specialist:

• Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker dashboard
• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Understanding of HTML and CSS - as well as advanced functions
• Experience with audience segmentation and custom conversion tunnels
• Experience in an agency setting
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
