My client is one of the world’s leading systems integrators withing manufacturing solutions, the group has gone from strength to strength with blue chip clients throughout the UK and continue to grow through product innovation and a reputation for excellence. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit a Controls engineer for their site in Lancashire.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering
• Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery - Writing Programs
• Ideally worked for a Systems Integrator, will consider people from OEM or Manufacturing

The Role

My client is looking for a Control Systems Engineer - The role is involved with the full Project Lifecycle, from Software Design, right the way through to commissioning. They work with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi, they also do SCADA Design as well. Role will also include Design of Electrical Control Panels, Software and Hardware Design, going to factories to do the FATs. Will include some travel, both Nationally and Internationally - Mainly UK work but you may need occasionally have to do international travel.
