Seeking a Contracts Manager for a top Residential Developer/Contractor in high-end houses and low-rise apartments. Manage contracts, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities include managing site managers & site teams, subcontractor relations, negotiation, and project efficient,

Key tasks: overseeing contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance, collaborating for resource optimisation, and addressing issues promptly.

Requirements: previous residential project experience & previous Site/Project/Contracts management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, adept multitasking.
