Overview for Contracts Manager
- Managing Contracts/Projects from Inception through to completion
- Managing KPIs, SLAs, Budget, Project Timeline
- Client and Local Authority Interaction
- Quality and Safety Standards
Duties for Contracts Manager
- Site Inspections & Audits
- RAMS and Health & Safety documentation
- Progress reports & resource requirements
- Attending client meetings
- Full delivery of schemes
Requirements for Contracts Manager
- Experience within a following sector; Highways civils, Utilities, Technology Installation & Traffic
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- NRSWA Certification
