An established Leicester company is seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to join their team. The company is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, holding various industry accreditations. The role involves managing and overseeing contracted services, ensuring high standards and compliance with the latest regulations.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Organising and producing quotations for services.
  • Scheduling services and managing timelines to meet customer requirements.
  • Producing certification and reports related to contracted services.
  • Overseeing contract administration and ensuring all aspects of the service delivery meet the high-quality standards expected.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in contract management and administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
