Bennett & Game are proud to represent a Main Contractor, based in the Chichester area, who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-end residential works between £1M and £5M+. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding, well-stablished Contractor that have a reputation for delivering some of the most prestigious projects across the region.

Contracts Manager Position Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £65k - £85k DOE
  • Car or Car Allowance can be discussed

Contracts Manager Position Overview

  • Managing high-end, bespoke, residential works in the Chichester area
  • Project values from £1M to £5M+ (biggest scheme so far is £20M+)
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project
  • Manage the client, architect, suppliers etc.

Contracts Manager Position Requirements

  • Proven track-record of managing similar projects
  • Excellent communication skills and able to deal with high-net-worth individuals
  • Based locally to the Chichester area
  • Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
  • Professional and presentable
