Position:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a prestigious project comprising 66 homes for our residential development company. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract opportunity with the potential for further career growth within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee onsite health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
• Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project Manager or similar role, preferably within the residential construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
