Hunter Mason’s client are a professional specialist Basement and Civil Engineering contractor specialising in New and Retrofit Basement Substructures, Structural Frames and piled foundations for new build. We now wish to employ a Contracts Engineer/Supervisor to operate on a number of sites throughout London and the Home Counties.

What we want from you:

Our preference is for a Qualified Engineer who is either chartered or is approaching chartered status although we would consider an exceptional groundwork supervisor. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in foundation design, reinforced concrete, and temporary works. A commercial understanding of contractual matters, budgetary and cost control and the supervision of works on site is a distinct advantage. Responsibilities will include the planning and supervision of works from point of order to completion, achievement of production targets, liaison with clients, the supervision of works and personnel on site and the preparation and submission of final accounts.
