Location: London

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000

We are a specialist Basement and Civil Engineering contractor specialising in New and Retrofit Basement Substructures, Structural Frames and piled foundations for new build.

We are an extremely ambitious company looking to recruit experienced people from within the industry, as well as high calibre individuals from outside the sector whose skills and experience can be readily transferred to add value and expertise.

What we are looking for:

- Qualified Engineer who is either chartered or is approaching chartered status although we would consider an exceptional groundwork supervisor.

- The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in foundation design, reinforced concrete, and temporary works.

- A commercial understanding of contractual matters, budgetary and cost control and the supervision of works on site is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:

- planning and supervision of works from point of order to completion,

- achievement of production targets,

- liaison with clients, the supervision of works and personnel on site

- preparation and submission of final accounts.
