Job Opportunity: Coordinators (Hybrid)

Hours: 9 am- 5.30 pm

37.5 hours a week

£12.30 per hour

Are you a customer-centric individual who enjoys a blend of customer care and administration? We are recruiting temporary staff to support our prestigious FTSE 100 Company in Milton Keynes.

What you will be doing:

Triaging around 50 tickets and emails per day

Outbound calls to existing customers for product updates

Accurately processing changes to customer packages and products

? Supporting customers with queries and questions

Collaborating with internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

? Exceptional customer service abilities

Strong administrator

Team player with a passion for problem-solving

Ability to thrive under pressure

Previous experience within an office setting is essential

This ongoing opportunity supports our client's project for around 6 months, with the option to apply for any permanent positions that may arise.

2 days office-based and 3 days working from home.
