Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Contracts, Health & Safety Administrator on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Contracts, Health & Safety Administrator:
- Updating and maintaining of databases, including weekly progress of the area sales managers.
- H&S administration/safety checks PUWER, SOP.
- Recording accident statistics/document control.
- Sending survey files out to the relevant project managers.
- Inputting completed projects onto the warranty database.
- Operator telephone handling/reception.
- Issuing relevant correspondence.
- Issuing acknowledgment letters to customers.
- Scanning and filing of engineer worksheets and commissioning sheets.
- Processing additions to orders.
- Receiving and uploading orders to the orderbook.
- Ensuring additional project information is collated and stored correctly.
- Preparation of paperwork as required.
- Producing handover documents and O+M manuals.
- Maintaining employee training records.
Skills and Qualifications for the Contracts, Health & Safety Administrator:
- The ideal person for the role will be a good, all round administrator, with an enthusiasm for health and safety to ensure workforce is as safe as possible.
- The right candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft word, Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- IOSH qualification or similar preferred but not essential.
