Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Reading

Contract type: Temporary - 3 months minimum

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Pay rate: £13.00ph

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Speaking with customer over the phone
  • Managing people's enquiries
  • Creating and sending purchase orders
  • Entering information onto CRM systems
  • Adding data into MS Excel
  • Identify, document, and report quality issues to development teams for resolution
  • Perform manual quality reviews to assess software quality

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
