The Contractor Payroll Specialist will support the wider Onboarding and Payroll team by completing payroll administration and client relationship support.
Contractor Payroll Specialist Responsibilities
- Complete all payroll administration duties for PAYE and LTD contractors on a weekly basis
- Preparation of payroll reporting
- Support the Contractor Relationship Coordinator
- Developing relationships with client stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver client specific reporting during monthly and quarterly reviews
- Query management and resolution
- Payroll Administration experience
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Strong attentions to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
