Contract Supervisor - Logistics/Distribution - West Midlands

Salary £38K Base Plus Benefits

Our Client is a market leader in the Logistics Industry

The Role

Ensuring the service and performance levels of the contract exceed expectations for the Client.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Contract management of service and spend/commercials
  • Distribution and Final mile
  • Full understanding of end to end Supply Chain
  • Management of SLA’s and KPI’s across the end to end Delivery Process
  • Track record of tackling and delivering enhancements and initiatives.
  • Commercial/procurement understanding
  • Client services experience/engagement
  • Internal and external stakeholder management/negotiation.
  • Implementation project support

Operational experience -
