Are you a Contract Manager with a background in Fit-Outs / Refurbs looking for a varied and autonomous role within a company which has grown exponentially since its establishment, where you will work on fast turnaround projects, be offered excellent progression opportunities and the chance to have a large impact in a growing organisation?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company going through rapid growth. This company is a School refurbishment expert and is looking for people who want to play an integral part in their future. You would be overseeing projects in the value of £50,000-£800,000.

Your role will involve overseeing projects from enquiry stage to handover, this will require travelling to sites all over the UK, with a 60% site, 40% office split. You will oversee multiple projects at a time, manage health and safety, carry out surveys, line manage all individuals on site, manage budgets and ultimately deliver the projects to budget and time.

This role would suit a Contract Manager from a Fit-out / Refurbishment background looking for a varied role within an exponentially growing company.
