Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of materials handling equipment. A part of a highly successful group, and having undergone rapid growth, they are looking to recruit a Contract Manager.

Responsible for the management of a portfolio of contracts, focusing on the ongoing growth, retention and client satisfaction, the role offers the opportunity to join a highly sucessful business in a varied, challenging and rewarding role.

What's Required:

  • Extensive experience gained in a similar Contract Manager role.
  • In depth knowledge of the UK MHE sector.
  • Cross funtional knowledge, especially in the areas of service management & key account management.
  • Ability to identify and develop commercially attractive up/cross sales opportunities within the contract base.
  • Highly developed commercial acumen.
  • Exposure to data analysis and insight data production.
  • Drive, motivation and meticulous attention to detail.
