CONTRACT MANAGER - CONTRACT CLEANING

The Opportunity

To provide a world class cleaning service with an industry leading team to ensure that our client’s expectations are always exceeded. This is a high-profile opportunity to manage a small group of very prestigious accounts in Central London.

The Package

  • £40k- £45k basic
  • Additional bonuses can be earned
  • Travel
  • 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
  • Flexible hours

Key Objective of the Role for a Contract Manager

To manage several central London Contract sites worth £850k managing staff including Team leaders and supervisors to deliver a consistently high-quality standard of service which meets the client expectations and our own high standards.

Main Responsibilities of a Contracts Manager

  • All staff under your supervision achieve personal targets and development plans.
  • Company Academy is delivered.
  • All systems are operated in line with defined procedures /standards.
  • Staff churn rate of less than 10%.
  • All sites achieve a minimum of 90% scores in monthly KPI meetings
  • All contracts meet legislative requirements for Health and Safety
  • Business achieves the budgeted Net Operating Profit for the period and the year.
  • A one-year strategic objective plan is established and delivered.
  • Delivery of a 5 star service across portfolio in line and in accordance with our values.
  • Delivery of all added value and innovation commitment across portfolio.
  • Developing client relationships on each individual contract.
  • Applying strategies to reinforce the Brand.
  • Aged Debt is kept to a minimum at all times.
  • Contracts remain on budget and achieve set projection.
  • Annual portfolio growth.
  • Delivery of Roadmap cost savings.
