Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Contract Coordinator for our established client in Southampton. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth supply of skilled workers for a variety of roles. Previous recruitment experience is desired but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Labour Management:
- Ensure the right quantity, quality, and skills mix of workers are provided within agreed timelines.
- Visit customer location.
- Process timesheets efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver necessary PPE equipment as required.
- Review worker performance regularly and take necessary actions.
- Handle daily queries effectively.
- Cultivate and expand business opportunities with existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and meetings.
- Recruit candidates as per contract needs.
- Arrange regular site visits to enhance interaction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve independently.
- Willingness to collaborate and support team members.
