Contract - Associate Analytics Director - Market Research Agency - Hybrid

Our client is a market research agency working across some of the largest FMCG brands worldwide. They are currently looking for an Associate Analytics Director to join their team working closely across some fantastic well renowned clients!

Please note this will be an inital 3 week contract with the view to extend/ go permanent.

As the Associate Analytics Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Being a key day to day contact for your clients, leading regular calls and meetings including weekly statuses and reporting.
• Lead end to end research projects across multiple markets while overseeing teams of analysts.
• Leading the delivery across key clients.
• Managing up and down - this agency operate a flat structure, and everyone is encouraged to support their team members and contribute to the wider success of the team and agency.

You:

• Have experience in a senior data analytics in an agency environment ideally with a solid understanding of data analytics and qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Have some experience supporting other team members, potentially mentoring or helping manage workloads.
• Any experience of data tools and systems such as TGI etc would be of benefit.
• Are keen to work in a trust driven environment, where individuals are truly collaborative and supported to grow and develop as well-rounded media specialists.
