Continuous Improvement Specialist

Location TBC (Peterborough preferred)

£50,000 > £65,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist / Manager to join a market-leading food manufacturer. You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and passionate team that continues to expand.

The Role

  • The key objective of this role is to be heavily involved in the business key performance reporting methods and systems.
  • Lead the development of CI culture on site. 
  • Build trusted relationships from the Site Leadership Team down to the shop floor.
  • Lead specific high-value project activity where required using Green / Black Belt DMIAC Methodology. 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma (essential)
  • Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (desirable)
  • Prior experience and evidence of delivering at least 3 DMIAC projects (essential)
  • Prior experience of working in a Continuous Improvement management role within Engineering / Manufacturing (essential)
  • Full UK driving license & own vehicle (essential
