We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist / Manager to join a market-leading food manufacturer. You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and passionate team that continues to expand.
The Role
- The key objective of this role is to be heavily involved in the business key performance reporting methods and systems.
- Lead the development of CI culture on site.
- Build trusted relationships from the Site Leadership Team down to the shop floor.
- Lead specific high-value project activity where required using Green / Black Belt DMIAC Methodology.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma (essential)
- Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (desirable)
- Prior experience and evidence of delivering at least 3 DMIAC projects (essential)
- Prior experience of working in a Continuous Improvement management role within Engineering / Manufacturing (essential)
- Full UK driving license & own vehicle (essential)
