Location: Frome, Somerset (just south of Bath, UK)

As the Continuous Improvement Manger, you will be championing Continuous Improvement mentality across our Stockport and Frome manufacturing sites.

You will collaborate with all teams within both sites to identify and share best practices, looking for improvements to increase yield or identify savings, add value through coaching and developing the culture on both sites and support plant leadership in change management and performance improvements with CI tools such as Lean thinking and 6 Sigma methodologies in line with the business System.

Degree Level Qualification

Six Sigma Green Belt or experience as a Lean Implementer Must be able to give examples of implementing continuous improvement Previous experience working in manufacturing Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Black Belt Degree Qualified in Engineering Worked within an Operational Management or Quality Management role in past
