Continuous Improvement Lead - We are currently working on behalf a leading global business with one of their offices in Fareham, who support large Manufacturing and Engineering businesses, with their Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement requirements.

The Continuous Improvement Lead role is predominately based in their Fareham site with occasion travel to other sites close by.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of ongoing lean, continuous improvement or change management projects
  • Identifying new lean, continuous improvement or change management projects through the business.
  • Managing the day to day relationship between the client and the business,
  • Discussing alternative supply of parts
  • Assisting & owning projects

You will come with a Continuous improvement background and and have a knowledge of lean processes such as 5S or 6 sigma.

Personal attributes are confidence, able to multi-task, self motivated and able to work on own initiative.
