A top-tier law firm in Putney is looking for a Senior Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor to join its reputed team. 

You will work alongside some of the most recognised partners in this area, gaining invaluable experience. 

Many of the partners in the Contentious Trust and Probate Department have been with the firm for over 10 years and are shareholders or are very senior in the management team. 

International matters you will advise on and assist clients with as a CTAP Solicitor, include:

  • Estate disputes including domicile
  • Will validity challenges
  • Inheritance Act 1975 claims
  • TLATA disputes
  • Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice
  • Contested Court of Protection

In order to apply for this opportunity, it is essential that you must:

  • Have at least 5 years of PQE UK-trained and qualified solicitor from a respected law firm
  • Have achieved a 2:1 at university at a good university
  • Additionally, those who are part of ACTAPS are welcome to apply, but this is not a prerequisite
