This Contentious Probate team is one of only a few in West Yorkshire which offers specialist and exclusive advice and representation to national and international clients dealing with the whole spectrum of private wealth disputes.

The firm provides technical advice on all types of will, trust and estate disputes and is now looking to recruit a solicitor with around 3-5 years’ PQE, gained within this practice area. Candidates outside of this PQE, with good experience in contentious probate and a passion for this area of law will also be considered.

This is a rare opportunity for a contentious probate specialist looking to develop their knowledge and experience in an award-winning firm and deal with an interesting and varied caseload. You’ll be expected to provide a range of legal support to the firm’s clients, take responsibility for managing your own cases and support the supervising Partner on more complex client matters, as well as assist in business development activities as the team continues to build on its success.
