Contentious Probate Solicitor

This Legal 500 recognised private client department has an exciting opening for a contentious probate solicitor to join the expanding team, to be based out of its Leicester office. 

The Role

You will take on a diverse caseload of Contentious Probate and Trusts matters, which will include:

• Inheritance Act Disputes
• Contesting the Validity of Wills
• Trustee Disputes
• Estate Disputes

About You

My client is looking for a contentious probate solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE, however, candidates outside of this guideline are also encouraged to apply.

You will be a motivated individual who has the drive and initiative to add further value to the team. My client is also keen to speak to people who have a flair for business development and are willing to help assist in networking events.
